Hi,

my name is Michael. As a yogi with Berlin attitude, I balance between two worlds. For me, this results in a charming mix of compassion and “don’t take yourself too seriously.” For the past 9 years, I’ve been teaching in various Berlin studios. I am a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and music therapist. More about me on atme.yoga


In my Hatha Flow yoga class, I combine classic Hatha poses with dynamic sequences from Power or Flow Yoga. Relaxing breathing and mindfulness exercises can help you reconnect with your body, creating space for calm, ease, and contentment. See you soon in cross-legged pose.
