Hi,
my name is Sandra. Having worked as a tax specialist, I learned firsthand what stress can do to the body and mind.
To find a balance to my office job, I started attending yoga classes at a gym in 2012/2013. I was initially skeptical—thinking it wasn't for me—until I met an outstanding teacher. That’s when I became captivated by yoga.
Nine years later, I completed my own yoga teacher training and have been a qualified instructor since 2021.
Turning my passion into my profession was the best decision of my life. I hope to share this passion with you in my classes and offer you a brief escape from your daily routine.
My goal is to help you become more attuned to yourself and your body, especially during stressful times—such as university exam periods or high-pressure situations at work.
I will soon hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and plan to professionally expand my services to focus on mindfulness-based prevention. This approach integrates theoretical knowledge with yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques).
I have also completed additional training to offer a wide range of yoga styles, ensuring there is something for everyone—adults and children alike. You can find my full range of classes on this website.
I would be delighted to accompany you on your yoga journey—or to continue walking that path together if you are already practicing.
