my name is Bea. I am a professional dancer, certified yoga and pilates teacher, and personal fitness coach, with a deep passion for mindful movement and holistic well-being.

I’ve been dancing since I was a child, and over time, my curiosity and love for movement led me to explore the world of fitness and eventually pilates and yoga.

My classes focus on cultivating presence, strength, and balance, always with attention to alignment and conscious movement. Whether you're looking to improve physical well-being, reduce stress, or simply reconnect with yourself, I offer a supportive space to guide you through that process.
