Hi,

my name is Eszter, and I practice Hatha, Iyengar, and Vinyasa yoga. The precision and tranquility of yoga practice have always fascinated me. This encouraged me to complete the 600-hour certified yoga teacher training at FitCom Berlin.

In my classes, attention is drawn to postures and movements to develop a refined awareness of body and mind, placing great emphasis on correct exercise execution. I find the experience of combining strength, stretching, coordination, concentration, and stillness unique in yoga, and I would like to make it possible for my yogis and yoginis to experience it and pass on my knowledge.

In my classes, I focus on individual movement development. This means progressing step by step, not focusing on ideals, but rather starting from one's own body and one's own capabilities. Being realistic—and therefore powerful.

What I personally love about yoga is that there is no "memorized" perfect posture, no "I can do this," no "I already know this." The exercises must be performed anew each time, with renewed strength and dedication, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner. Each time, you are invited to find your current best and accept this as reality. It is my own responsibility and freedom to find peace, to focus, and to treat my body correctly. My personal yoga practice teaches me every time what modesty and humility are and what it means to be in the here and now.

*I am also a freelance dancer/performer and author, living in Berlin, where I teach yoga with the same passion with which I create my dance and theater projects.

Finally, I would like to quote a poem, a wonderful object of meditation, whose message is very similar to my experiences in yoga practice:

Silent friend of the many distant places, feel
how your breath increases the space.
In the beams of the dark bell towers,
let yourself be rung. That which consumes you,

becomes strong above this nourishment.
Go in and out in transformation.
What is your most painful experience?
If drinking is bitter to you, become wine.

In this night, out of excess, be
magical power at the crossroads of your senses,
the meaning of their strange encounter.

And if the earthly forgot you,
say to the silent earth: I flow.
Say to the swift water: I am.
