Hi,
my name is Kerstin. Yoga has been a part of my life ever since I wanted to do something good for my body.
In addition to working as a dental assistant in a dental practice, yoga is a wonderful way to balance the whole body, especially the back, shoulders, and neck, as well as for any kind of stress.
In 2015, I completed my first yoga teacher training with nivata® (500 hours) and intensively studied mental work for stress and anxiety in the medical field, as well as the anatomy and physiology of our body. This was followed by further training in Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
My yoga class is an invitation to view the body as a place of experience and feeling. In my yoga practice, you learn to perceive your own sensations, to reflect on them, and to connect with yourself in a sensual way. It's about experiencing your own body as a source of strength and well-being and to better control the various layers that influence our experience.
The props available in the studio, such as straps, blocks, pillows, and blankets, will help you relax, breathe deeply, and feel more.
The essence of Yin Yoga is to listen to your body's signals and find your own body shape, as well as to allow gravity to work its magic by staying in the poses for longer.
I look forward to guiding you through the Yin Yoga poses and introducing you to the essence of Yin Yoga.
